I remember several years back when he was proposing creating it, most of us thought it was somewhat useless because it was just another way of doing what we were already doing with SAFC and long lengths of wire. Now the Selin has become standard Z protocol and I am thankful for having a reliable way of adding a second MAF without the need for extra wiring and guesswork.
